2014 Color of the Year: Radiant Orchid Eyes

I'm gonna be honest with you. Purple is my favorite color! When creating this look, the only thing I was sure of was that I wanted to use this gorgeous purple eyeshadow from the Bare Minerals READY 4.0 Dream Sequence eyeshadow quad called Boudoir. You may recognize it from a previous blog post, but I wanted to make it the star of the show! It is described as an electric amethyst but the warm purple color almost exactly matches the pantone color of the year -- radiant orchid! I absolutely love how this makeup turned out! Mac "Snob" paired perfectly with the eyes. It's one of those looks where you just feel gorgeous! And who wouldn't want that?
